About Dhananjay
I am an engineer turned IT professional turned into a full-time musician. Taking this unconventional path was not because of lack of options but purely out of the joy I feel while being a part of music. I truly believe music has changed my life and can change yours too. It need not necessarily mean you also need to play music professionally. Even learning basics to play on the weekend or a family get-together is very satisfying. I want to pass on this knowledge I have as I think music belongs to no one person and needs to be passed on. My favorite moments after a live show are when a person comes up to me and says that I have inspired them to pick up the instrument and learn it. I feel I can inspire more such people with my lessons and hopefully meet some wonderful students along the way.

I teach everything from technique, music theory, songs and performance tips to my students. I prefer teaching students the songs they are interested in learning as I believe it creates interest in learning and makes it fun and challenging at the same time. Since I am myself a self-taught musician the lessons you will get from me will be more experience-based rather than bookish knowledge. The experience also includes things I have learned over the last 10 years playing live and also things that many senior musicians of the industry have passed on to me. My classes will also be structured around individual needs rather than a fixed curriculum which needs to be strictly followed. I also will give talks on things like Yoga, meditation and exercise which I feel have made me play better instantly. Sounds out of context right now but these things really aid in our overall development and especially any creative. The classes are intended for people of all age groups and all levels looking to learn things from any genre including Rock, Blues, Funk, Fingerstyle guitar, Pop Guitar, Acoustic guitar, R&b music etc.

Firstly I think he has a great understanding of the instrument. I took a series of lessons from him in 2020 and what I liked the most was how he understood the gaps in my playing and gave me exactly the kind of training I needed. Neither too basic nor two advanced.
