About Abhinab
I began my professional journey outside of teaching, working in operations, procurement, and supply chain roles, mainly in the manufacturing and corporate environment. My work involved planning, problem-solving, process optimization, and coordinating with multiple teams to ensure things ran smoothly. This experience taught me discipline, accountability, and how real-world decisions impact people, costs, and outcomes.
Over time, I realized that what I enjoyed most was explaining concepts, guiding others, and helping teammates understand “why” something works—not just “how.” Whether it was training colleagues on systems like SAP, explaining processes, or mentoring juniors, teaching naturally became part of my role.
I want to start my teaching career because I believe knowledge becomes more powerful when it is shared in a simple, practical way. I don’t just want to teach theory—I want to connect learning with real industry experience, so students can clearly see how concepts apply in real life. I understand the challenges students face because I’ve been on both sides: as a learner and as a professional applying that knowledge under pressure.
As a teacher, my goal is to build confidence, clarity, and curiosity in my students. I want to help you not only pass exams, but also develop problem-solving skills, professional thinking, and the mindset needed for your future careers. Teaching, for me, is not a career change—it’s a career purpose.
