About Virginia
My name is Virginia, I am 30 years old and I am a Physical Education teacher, personal trainer and dancer.
I dedicate a large part of my work to children and adolescents of school age and another, to life in nature and the promotion of spaces in this environment. At the same time, I enjoy working with young people and adults outside the school environment, and that is why I open training spaces with these characteristics.
Music, nature, mates and the moon are added to the list of what identifies and moves me

Combining the bases of FUNCTIONAL TRAINING with elements of animal flow, bodybuilding and conscious and proprioceptive movement of yoga and dance, I create an ORGANIC and unique STYLE so that training is truly a way of INHABITING YOUR OWN BODY and developing its functional POTENTIAL.
The initiative, objectives and needs of each person are the basis from which we start to develop appropriate plans and above all, that excite, challenge and improve capabilities
