About Riyana
I have a Master’s in Computer Science and 9 years of experience teaching programming to students from different backgrounds. My interest in coding started early and developed into a passion for teaching and helping others learn technology. I believe that programming should be simple, practical, and engaging for every learner.
In my teaching approach, I focus on building strong fundamentals, encouraging problem-solving, and guiding students through real practice. I explain concepts clearly and help students apply them through coding exercises. I also adapt my teaching style based on each student’s learning pace and comfort level.
Outside of teaching, I continue working on coding projects and learning new technologies. This helps me keep my lessons updated and relevant. Helping students grow in confidence and build strong coding skills is very rewarding. I am dedicated to supporting learners in their programming journey.

Learning computer programming becomes more effective when students focus on understanding logic instead of only memorizing code. In my lessons, I cover programming basics, problem-solving, algorithms, and practical coding exercises in a structured and simple way. Intermediate learners work on data structures, functions, and problem-solving techniques. Advanced students focus on building projects, improving efficiency, and understanding complex topics. I ensure that students understand each concept clearly before moving forward so their progress remains steady.
The goal of my programming lessons is to help students think logically and solve problems effectively. They learn how to write clean code and build useful programs. Over time, students gain confidence and become comfortable working on real-world projects.
