About Shreya

I've always had an interest in teaching, and one time as a trainee TA in a school I had a student who was so convinced he couldn't do maths that he gave up and messed around in class. I took him and a few other students out of class and went over long division (something he could NOT get) in a way he'd never seen it explained before. He got it after 5 minutes and he started doing some practice. By the end of the lesson, he didn't want to stop working because he was enjoying getting answers right for the first time!
I get genuine joy and fulfilment helping students like him, and I've had plenty of "OOOH" moments with students since then when everything just CLICKS.
I'm a firm believer in the fact that if my students don't get something, it's not their fault it's mine! I got four A*s at A-Level and 1st-class honours degree in Maths so I know quite a few good exam and revision hacks!

She knows what she is doing and I would highley reccomend her to anyone struggling with maths. The tutor is very professional and organized she brings computers to helps the understanding of the student and helps them by going through past papers.She also has a notebook to keep organized and writes down what the student needs help with the most. As I said before would reccommend.

About the lesson

My lessons all depend on what you're looking for! I can do concrete lesson plans and deliver structured lessons, or go with the flow and work with the stuff you bring to the lesson. I tutor all ages and levels up to 1st-year university. My lessons can be 1-2 hours depending on your needs. I've been a Maths tutor for 10 years and have had many glowing reviews from previous students.
