I’m BA Psychology, PG diploma clinical psychology. I would love to help you in your healing journey. Helping your own self can be very tiring, you must feel it’s a burden to take help or it’s gonna be too long of a journey spending on this work. This kind of spending can cause a good ripple effect in other areas of life. Once your thoughts are manageable, you start to think nicely about yourself, you start loving life. I’ll be your guide.

About the lesson

I’m a great guide. I have a degree in psychology. PG diploma in clinical psychology. I’m currently pursuing Yogashastra. I’m well-grounded in life. I can help you get out of spiraling thoughts, help you see what’s the truth and what’s not necessary to think in life. I have been through a great deal of childhood trauma. I can help you if you come with distress and sadness too. There is nothing wrong with you. It’s all questioning your thoughts how to do that, I’ll teach you.
