I am a qualified psychology graduate with a Bachelor’s degree and Honors in Psychology, as well as training and experience in life coaching.
I am committed to providing professional, reliable, and well-structured lessons in a respectful and supportive learning environment. My approach is grounded in evidence-based knowledge, clear communication, and ethical practice. I value punctuality, preparation, and open communication, and I take my responsibility as an educator seriously.

My teaching approach is student-centred, supportive, and practical. With a background in psychology and life coaching, I focus on understanding how each student learns best. I blend evidence-based psychological principles with clear explanations, real-life examples, and structured guidance to help students build confidence as well as knowledge.
What makes my approach unique is that I don’t just teach content — I help students develop self-awareness, motivation, effective study habits, and critical thinking skills. Lessons are paced according to the student’s needs, and I create a safe, non-judgmental space where questions and curiosity are always welcome.
I am proficient in English and offer all lessons in English. Each lesson is interactive and tailored to the individual student. Sessions may include:
- Clear explanations of concepts in English, behavioural science, psychology, or biology
- Practical examples and simplified breakdowns of complex material
- Active discussion, reflection, and question-and-answer time
- Support with homework, exam preparation, or skill development
