About Ella
I am a psychology graduate with a keen interest in self-development and positive psychology. When I was 18 I started exploring the world of self-development and everything that comes with it. Five years later and I have picked up considerable skills and systems that I can pass on to you. My specific interests include gratitude practices, meditation, mindfulness, self-compassion, and confidence. I have read hundreds of books, completed tens of online courses, and continue to broaden my knowledge every day.

From there on, we will create a detailed plan and goals to achieve that we'll need to tick off to get there. I am kind, patient, and empathetic.
