About Joshi
I have a background in Psychology and postgraduate training in Autism and Behavioral Science, as well as Addictions and Mental Health. I currently work with children and youth with autism and other developmental needs, supporting them with communication, learning, daily routines and building new skills.
Working with children has taught me that the same approach doesn’t work for everyone. I’m patient, encouraging and comfortable adapting the way I support a child based on what works best for them.

I enjoy working with children and making learning feel less stressful and more manageable for them. I can help with early reading, homework, school readiness, following instructions, staying focused on activities and building good learning routines.
I understand that every child learns differently, especially children with autism or other learning needs. I like to take things at the child’s pace, break tasks down when needed, and use encouragement, visual supports and activities that keep them interested. My goal is for children to feel comfortable, supported and confident while learning.
