About Krishnapooja
With a Master’s in Human Resource Developmental Psychology, I aim to make learning simple, engaging, and meaningful. As a Psychology tutor with a Master’s degree, my teaching approach focuses on making complex theories simple, relatable, and engaging. I believe psychology is best understood when students connect concepts with real-life situations rather than memorizing definitions alone. My sessions combine concept explanation, discussion, case examples, and active questioning to encourage critical thinking and deeper understanding.
A typical class begins with understanding the student’s current level and learning goals, followed by structured explanation of concepts using practical examples, visual aids, and interactive discussions. I also incorporate revision, concept mapping, and short assessments to strengthen retention and application.
What sets me apart is my ability to create a comfortable and non-judgmental learning environment where students feel encouraged to ask questions and think independently. Drawing inspiration from Carl Rogers’ learner-centered approach, I believe meaningful learning happens when students feel supported and understood.
My classes are suitable for school students, undergraduate learners, postgraduate students, and adult learners who wish to build a strong foundation in psychology, research methods, behavioral science, organizational development, and related subjects.
