About Silje Marielle
Bachelor student at Bjørknes University School of Psychology. Has previously taken education in training, diet and coaching, as well as worked as a personal trainer, dietitian and mental coach in Asker. I am driven by sharing strategies to achieve self-realization, positive development and deal with complicated situations that emerge along the way in life. I myself have had to deal with a number of challenges, which have helped to give me perspective, and it is these perspectives that I have a desire to use to provoke others to think differently.

Seems personal that life is strange and that one should not take everything so solemnly or seriously. Uses philosophy, thought situations and understanding to provoke reactions and thoughts. Even thinks it is important not to lead the conversation or the teaching, but rather to ask open-ended questions and '' put things to the fore ''. I do this to have an open discussion on the topic, as well as an overview of which aspects of the topic are most relevant to teach. The purpose of the teaching will be to share tools and strategies to teach students how to achieve what they want be it school / work success, better self-esteem, less worries or other goals relevant to the individual.
