About Jacinta

I am a Business Studies graduate with academic and practical experience in Marketing and Project Management. Through my own studies, I developed a strong understanding of how these subjects connect to real-world business practice, as well as the challenges students often face when completing assignments.

The motivation to teach comes from seeing how many students struggle not because they lack ability, but because concepts are not always explained clearly or practically. This work focuses on helping students understand key ideas, structure their answers effectively, and approach assignments with greater confidence, using a calm and supportive learning style.

Support is based on guidance and explanation, with an emphasis on academic integrity and independent learning.

About the lesson

Lessons are tailored to each student’s academic level, subject requirements, and learning pace. The teaching approach is calm, structured, and focused on understanding rather than memorisation. Emphasis is placed on explaining key concepts in clear, simple language and showing how they apply directly to assignments and exam questions.

A typical lesson begins with identifying the student’s current challenges and reviewing assignment briefs or marking criteria. This is followed by breaking down the topic step by step, using practical examples to reinforce understanding. Time is also spent on planning answers, improving structure, and developing clear academic writing skills.

Lessons are interactive and student-led, encouraging questions and active participation. Students are guided on how to analyse questions, apply theory correctly, and improve clarity and confidence in their work. Support is provided, focusing on guidance and skill, knowledge development.

This method is particularly suited to students who feel overwhelmed, lack confidence, or need concepts explained in a more practical and accessible way.
