My lessons are hands on and the methods explained during the lesson. I can do lessons via Skype if you choose. Based on the Sunshine Coast but can come to you if in Brisbane or Gold Coast. All I do ask is that you email myself a list of skills you are wanting to learn and some products you would want to cook with so I can cater the session around what you ideally would like to achieve. The lesson will also consist of going to the shops to learn how to select the produce and what to look for in the way of fresh products and flavour control and creative ways to use certain products aswell as substitute products if some are not available.
