About Angela
I'm Angela, a certified Hatha yoga teacher with 6 years of teaching experience. I teach private clients across London, corporate clients including the University of London and NHS staff and community yoga classes in East London. Previously, I have also taught at the Sivananda Ashram and The One and Only Ocean Club in Bahamas.
I am passionate about improving my client's health and lifestyle and I am dedicated to going the extra mile for my clients by giving clear instructions, adjustments and advice during each class. It's important for me to inspire others - everyone can do yoga. Yoga is a journey and with practice and by cultivating a space of self-acceptance and surrender in body and mind, you will see results. I understand that yoga can be daunting to beginners, so I aim to understand each of my client's needs and to create sessions that address those needs.

When you come to class with me, you can expect a breath-led session that cultivates self-awareness, healthy alignment and balance. Each session will focus on strengthening and lengthening your entire body. When needed, I'll offer adjustments and assist you with postures to ensure you perform the poses correctly.
