About Kelly-May

I have practiced HATHA yoga for 10+ years and have recently qualified as a Yoga teacher through HFE, governed through YMCA Awards.
In addition to this I have been a dancer since the age of three and trained within various areas of the country and USA. Where the knowledge and practice of Yoga has stemmed from.
I attended the University of Central Lancashire to study Dance, Performance and Teaching, which has enabled me to teach for 6+ years within schools, communities, care homes, SEN environments.

About the lesson

My lessons will be simple, calming and centring. I will work on strengthening and enhancing the flexibility of the body.
The classes will be 1 hour long starting with with an Opening/ Mobilisation phase.
Moving onto the Main Phase where we will explore various positions (Asana), to work on the strength and flexibility of the body.
Followed by the Closing Phase .. normally everyones favourite as this consists of the Mediation and Yogic Breathing (Pranayama).

Individual bookings, payment and booking made at least 72 hours in advance.
Improved rates bookings made at time of purchase, payment required upfront.
Cancelations within 48 hours of class will receive 50% refund for class.
Cancelations within 12 hours of class will receive 25% refund for class.

Additional travel cost is dependent on student location.
A consultation will take place to establish if we both feel we are the right fit for each other, and full details confirmed after this, and subject to change (as discussed with student).
