About Lynne
I am a qualified teacher with 22 years' experience! I have taught at seven schools in South Africa. Besides English, I teach Afrikaans, Mathematics, History and Geography.
I will be your teacher but more importantly, I want to help you to build your skills, so you speak and read fluently!
Learning English is important! Did you know, English is the universal language used in aviation. It is one of the subjects that pilots have to pass! English is also spoken in 88 countries around the globe!

My lessons are exciting and you will want to learn more!
* Grades 4 - 6, learn to spell, read, write and speak well!
* Grades 7 - 9, learn the tricks of becoming champions at creative, descriptive, expository, journal and letter writing, public speaking, critical thinking using source material and reading.
* Each student works at their own pace.
* A typical lesson: We spend 5 minutes in general conversation about what we've been doing since our last lesson. Then we dive into learning the skill of that day, ask questions, understand, practise and repeat. Read for aloud for 5 minutes and discuss!
* Before you know it, the lesson is over and you are cleverer!
