About Glenn

My passion for education began over 15 years ago when I started volunteering to support young people in the classroom. Since then, I have progressed from volunteer to Teaching Assistant and, through hard work and continuous professional development, became a qualified teacher. That journey has shaped my belief that every student can succeed when they are given the right support, encouragement and challenge.

I currently teach in Dubai and have experience working with students across primary and secondary education. I genuinely enjoy helping learners build confidence, overcome challenges and discover that they are capable of far more than they often believe. Seeing a student understand something they once found difficult or achieve a goal they thought was out of reach is one of the most rewarding parts of my job.

My lessons are calm, engaging and tailored to each individual. I believe learning should be enjoyable, purposeful and empowering. Whether you’re looking to improve your grades, prepare for exams or simply build confidence in a subject, I will work with you to create a personalized learning plan that helps you reach your goals.

Outside the classroom, I am also an FA Qualified football coach with over 15 years of coaching experience. Coaching has strengthened my ability to motivate, communicate and help young people develop resilience, discipline and confidence qualities that I bring into every lesson I teach.

I don’t just want students to achieve better results; I want them to leave every lesson believing in themselves and enjoying the process of learning.

About the lesson

Education has been at the heart of my career for over 15 years. My journey began as a volunteer, where I discovered my passion for helping young people learn and grow. From there, I progressed to a Teaching Assistant before becoming a qualified teacher through dedication, continuous professional development and a genuine love for education.

Today, I teach in Dubai and have experience working with students across primary and secondary education, supporting learners of all abilities. I have taught a wide range of subjects, planned engaging lessons and helped students develop the confidence and skills they need to succeed both academically and personally.

I believe every student learns differently, so I take the time to understand how each individual learns best. My lessons are tailored to suit their needs, whether they require help catching up, preparing for exams, improving study skills or stretching themselves further. I create a calm, supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes and growing in confidence.

As well as improving grades, my goal is to help students become independent learners who enjoy the process of learning. I focus on building confidence, resilience, critical thinking and strong study habits that will benefit them long after our lessons have finished.
