I am very passionate about the amazing benefits of yoga and meditation. Being able to connect to your body and mind through a beautiful artform has improved my daily wellbeing immensely.
I have gained incredible core strength and stability that has led me to work through a variety of poses that promote confidence and self love. At the end of the day self love heals all.

Every session is tailored to the individuals skill set and goals.
I teach a variety of yoga styles from Yin yoga, Hatha yoga, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Acrobatics, Restorative, Meditation and Breathwork.
These 1 hour sessions are amazing for releasing tension, connecting to the body and working towards core strength and stability. They are for all ages and all skill levels, from beginner, intermediate and advanced.
I am a qualified yoga teacher and personal trainer who has been training in the art of yoga for 6 years, beginning my journey in gymnastics and moving into acrobatic yoga.
