I have been Waqas's colleague in education for the past few years. Waqas is very competent and has an amazing working style where he breaks down complicated concepts and puzzles into bite-sized, easy to digest pieces by making links and using creative ways to get to the answer. What I specifically like about him are his communication skills and how he gets his learners to engage by using ice breakers, humour and questions, ensuring a comfortable teaching environment where the student isn't hesitant to ask any questions.
