About Heide

Hello! I’m Heidi, originally from the stunning country of New Zealand. I’m of mixed European and Asian descent, and growing up in a multicultural environment has given me a unique perspective on life. I’ve always been fascinated by how different cultures come together and thrive, which is why I’ve dedicated much of my career to helping others navigate the intersection of personal and professional growth. Over the years, my journey has taken me across the globe—I’ve had the privilege of living in three different countries, each offering a new chapter of learning and self-discovery. Along the way, I’ve worked in workplace and event management roles for culturally dynamic businesses, where I helped create environments that celebrate diversity, foster collaboration, and drive innovation. Whether organizing events, coordinating teams, or managing complex projects, I’ve been fortunate enough to witness firsthand how diverse perspectives can come together to achieve amazing things.
