About Julia

I'm a recent graduate from Kings College London and have experience tutoring all levels up to A-level. I grew up speaking French and my family is currently based in Brussels so French is my second language. I also took my French A-level in 2019 and achieved an A* grade. I have been tutoring French for four years now and I also have experience as a French language assistant at a secondary school in Kent.

About the lesson

The most important goal from my lessons is to make the student feel confident and comfortable writing and more importantly speaking in the language. For students taking exams, I try to focus on the areas where they feel least confident, such as grammar or oral skills. However, I also make sure to adapt my teachings to the specific student and can incorporate games and videos to make learning a new language more enjoyable, especially for younger kids.
