Having earned an MMus Music Performance from the New England Conservatory, I prioritize deep understanding over rote repetition. You will build core skills including memorization techniques and hand independence to ensure your playing feels natural.
I also emphasize sight reading and ear training to develop your musical intuition. My approach helps you see the structure behind every piece, which makes complex passages manageable.
