About Sijibomi Isaac
Hi, I'm Zik! I'm a registered engineer with a B.Sc. in Agricultural and Environmental Engineering and over eight years of professional experience in engineering, project management and regulatory work. I also hold a postgraduate certificate in Cybersecurity from the University of Texas at Austin.
Math has been at the heart of everything I've done, from university to designing and managing real projects. That means I don't just know the formulas. I understand how math is used in the real world, and I love showing students that connection.
I'm also a dad of twins, so I know first-hand how important patience, encouragement and clear explanations are for young learners.
I'm reliable, punctual and committed to every student's progress. My goal is simple: help you understand math, enjoy it and succeed.

My math lessons are patient, clear and built around you. As a registered engineer, I use math every day, so I know how to explain not just how to solve a problem but why it works and where it's used in real life.
In the first lesson, I find out where you're strong and where you're stuck. Then I build a plan around your goals, whether that's catching up, raising your grades, or getting ready for a test or diploma exam.
I break hard topics into simple steps, use plenty of worked examples, and give practice questions that build real confidence. No question is a silly question in my class.
I teach elementary, junior high and high school math, including algebra, geometry, trigonometry, functions and pre-calculus, following the Alberta curriculum.
Lessons are available online or in person. Book a first lesson and let's make math make sense!
