About Magdalena

I am a Polish native who moved to London to pursue my academic and professional aspirations. From 2020 to 2023, I studied for a BSc in Accounting and Management with Finance while balancing my studies with work. I then continued my education by completing an LLM in International Commercial Law in Glasgow from September 2023 to September 2024, where I also worked as a student ambassador, helping fellow students navigate university life. Currently, I am living in Italy, where I hope to start my PhD.

About the lesson

As an LLM graduate in International Commercial Law with a specialisation in E-Commerce Law within the EU (e-contracts, competition law, data protection, and consumer rights), I offer personalised lessons tailored to each student’s needs.

My teaching methodology is highly interactive and focused on simplifying complex legal concepts through real-world examples emphasising critical thinking and the practical application of legal principles, using case law and the latest legal updates to ensure that students not only grasp the theoretical aspects but also understand how the law is applied in practice. Furthermore, I emphasise the significance of legal research by guiding students on effectively gathering and analysing relevant literature, which is essential for excelling in law studies. This focus enhances critical thinking and strengthens analytical skills.

Each lesson lasts a minimum of one hour, providing ample time to dive deep into topics while ensuring clarity and comprehension. I offer flexible scheduling to accommodate academic pace and workload.

My lessons are ideal for university students, particularly those studying at the undergraduate (LLB) or postgraduate (LLM) level. In addition to regular tutoring, I provide comprehensive dissertation support (£50/hour), offering proofreading, structure advice and fact-checking.
