About Grace
I am a passionate Flute tutor with 16 years of teaching and professional experience. Teaching has allowed me to share my love for music with students from school to college. I believe every student can achieve success when they are guided with patience, encouragement, and the right learning methods.
My lessons begin with breathing techniques, posture, finger placement, rhythm, and tone production. As students improve, I introduce articulation, musical expression, and performance skills. I create a friendly classroom where students feel comfortable asking questions and learning from their mistakes.
Watching students become confident musicians and perform successfully is one of the greatest achievements of my career. Besides flute, I also teach music theory, sight reading, ear training, rhythm exercises, music appreciation, and performance preparation.
My goal is to help students enjoy music while developing confidence, discipline, and creativity that will benefit them throughout their lives.

My flute teaching methodology is designed to help students grow into confident, expressive, and disciplined musicians. I use Motivation, Communication, Integrity, and Creativity to create lessons that are engaging, practical, and effective.
Lessons focus on breathing control, posture, finger placement, note reading, rhythm, tone production, scales, articulation, musical interpretation, and performance skills. Every lesson is adjusted according to the student's learning speed and personal goals.
I motivate students by encouraging consistent effort and recognizing every achievement. Communication remains clear and interactive so students always feel comfortable asking questions. Integrity helps me maintain a respectful and supportive classroom where learning becomes enjoyable.
Creativity is included through rhythm games, favorite songs, improvisation, listening activities, ensemble practice, and performance opportunities. Besides flute, I also teach music theory, recorder, beginner keyboard, sight reading, ear training, rhythm practice, and music appreciation, helping students become well-rounded musicians.
