Retired Educator has experience as an Elementary Literacy Tutor, an English Tutor and Science Tutor.

Judith and I have worked together on test scoring teams and from that experience, we became friends, even though she lives in a different city. Since that time, I have assisted her in writing resumes for teaching positions, and witnessed her over 15 years of working with children in school settings. She is very sensitive to the learning styles and interests of her students and strives to create motivating approaches to her teaching. She creates games and rewards for their efforts; she uses media that sparks their attention, such as comic books and movies. She loves learning herself, being an armchair anthropologist, and she celebrates learning in her students. She encourages and praises the efforts of her students and indeed everyone she knows.
