About Gail
I was a teacher for 20 years in Broward County. I have a Master's Degree in Curriculum & Instruction with a concentration in Digital Technology. I have several awards of which I am proud, including Teacher of the Year, Innovative Teacher Awards, and recognition for creating excellent teaching opportunities for my students from the Cities of Coral Springs and Parkland. I wrote many grants over the years resulting in new equipment and resources for my school and my students.

My lessons are interactive and require students to stay engaged. I use real world examples, project- based learning, and give students the opportunity to be creative in learning. I focus on the interests of the student and bring this into the lessons. I use videos & games for young students to keep them motivated as well as the latest resources and materials to remediate and enrich my students. Staying in contact with parents is an important part of my tutoring, as well as setting learning goals, and celebrating success.
My focus is students in grades 1 through 4.
