About Isaac

I am a retired math teacher with 28 years of classroom experience. I have taught 2nd grade, 3rd grade and 5th grade math classes. I also have been an RTI interventionist in 1st-5th with emphasis on campus-wide testing, data analysis and teacher training. I now work as a professional tutor at a local school district and am looking to expand my tutoring potential.

About the lesson

My lessons not only work on the math skills but build understanding on the math fundamentals. I bridge the gap between the skills and the reasoning behind the math skills. Understanding how all the skills connect is crucial to math fluency.
