Technical clarity simplifies the design process because software is rarely intuitive for beginners. My 6 years of experience in architecture firms taught me that efficient documentation saves the most time. I earned my B.Arch from the University of Maryland and now manage my own structured approach.

I handle MEP systems overview, linked models and coordination, project templates and standards, phasing and design options, walls, floors, roofs, and ceilings, levels and grids, schedules and quantities. Students often arrive feeling anxious or bored, but I ensure we keep a steady routine together. Let me know if you would like to improve your file organization.

About the lesson
