About Aishwarya
I’m a certified RYT yoga trainer who discovered yoga not just as a practice, but as a way of living with greater calm and awareness. My journey has taught me the value of patience, consistency, and self-compassion, which I bring into every class I teach. I create a safe, respectful, and encouraging space where students feel seen, supported, and confident to grow—both on and off the mat.

Each class typically includes gentle warm-ups, a structured asana flow, pranayama, meditation or Trataka, and concludes with restorative yoga nidra. My approach emphasizes safety, consistency, and inner balance. These classes are ideal for adults and mature adolescents seeking personalized guidance, stress relief, and holistic well-being.
