About Didem
Hello! My name is Didem, I’m passionate about teaching and dedicated to helping students unlock their full potential. Currently, I’m studying a Bachelor of Education while working as an ECT in childcare. My journey in education began with tutoring friends children, and over the past three years, I’ve developed a strong foundation in personalised teaching techniques.
I have a particular love for science, especially physics and chemistry, which were my focus in high school. I thrive on sharing my enthusiasm for these subjects and making complex concepts accessible and engaging for students of all ages. I believe that every child learns differently, so I tailor my approach to meet individual needs, ensuring that each student feels supported and empowered.
I have a deep love for science, which initially led me to pursue a Bachelor of Science, but I ultimately realized my true passion is in teaching, prompting me to shift my focus to a Bachelor of Education.

I believe that every child has a unique learning style and my tutoring approach is designed to be flexible and individualised. I take the time to understand each student's strengths, interests and preferred methods of learning. By assessing their skills and preferences, I create a personalised teaching plan that works specifically to their needs ensuring they engage with the material in a way that resonates with them. With three years of tutoring experience mainly with close friends’ children, I have developed a strong foundation in teaching techniques. Currently, I work as an ECT in childcare, where I gain valuable hands on experience in fostering learning in young children. My current studies in a Bachelor of Education further enhance my understanding of effective teaching strategies and educational theories. I have a strong background in sciences, particularly physics and chemistry, which were my main subjects in high school. My passion for these subjects has only grown over the years and I excelled in them. This enthusiasm enables me to teach science concepts effectively to students of all ages making learning both enjoyable and enriching. I offer tutoring for students of all ages, from primary school to early secondary education. Whether a student needs help grasping foundational concepts or seeks to deepen their understanding of advanced topics, I am committed to supporting their educational journey and instilling a love for learning.
