Embark on a personalized online karate journey with Sensei Sean. In intimate one-on-one sessions, you'll receive individualized instruction, focusing on refining techniques, mastering katas, and receiving direct feedback. This exclusive experience allows for in-depth discussions, tailored guidance, and a unique opportunity to accelerate your karate skills under the dedicated mentorship of Sensei Sean.
You lessons will start with stretching exercises to get your body warmed up and ready. As we then focusing on traditional kihon (strikes, blocks and kicks) before moving on to self defence techniques and kata (patterns) for the last part of the lesson.
Lessons are open for any age and experience.
