About Themba
I view mathematics as a language for understanding the world, not just a set of rules to memorize. I am passionate about teaching because I enjoy helping students connect abstract formulas to real-life applications. My approach is practical and interactive, aiming to sharpen your logic and problem-solving skills. I am here to help you understand the 'why' behind the math, ensuring you retain what you learn for the long term. I’m doing Computer Science at Wits and I’m still doing mathematics, and this is evident that we can’t run away from math.

Sometimes concepts become so hard because we feed ourselves the concept instead of digesting piece by piece. I so believe in teaching concepts using analogy. Mathematics is the nature of the world and to understand it means you understand the universe. Mathematics is not hard; it is how you approach it.
