About Alannah
My name is Alannah Nic an tSionnaigh and I am a second year UCD student studying English and Film.
I have also had a passion for English literature and poetry, and especially writing.
I am heavily involved in College life, including the College Tribune were I am the Irish Correspondent, and Belfield FM, were I am the General Productions Officer.

I believe in face to face, one on one learning. English is a constant teaching process, and therefore I believe in more traditional teaching methods .
Lessons while include lots of oral work, reciting quotes, reading aloud essay work.
Each lesson will be dedicated to different sections of the Leaving Cert course, evening for paper 1 and an evening for paper 2.
I have experience in tutoring students from 5th year, who have just begun the English course.
These tutoring sessions would be most suitable for students in 5th to 6th.
The tutoring sessions last for an 1 hour and I myself can travel within the region of Dublin for them.
