About Keith

I'm Keith, a New York-based builder working at the intersection of AI and real-world operations. For the last 15 months I've been the solo founder of GestaltView, an AI platform I designed and built from the ground up — multi-model orchestration, retrieval systems, voice interfaces, and evaluation frameworks. Before that, I spent 22+ years in operations management: P&L ownership, labor planning, inventory, and multi-site leadership.

I'm entirely self-taught as a developer, which means I learned every hard lesson firsthand — and I teach from those scars, not from a textbook. My approach is practical and honest: real tools, real projects, no gatekeeping, no jargon for jargon's sake. If something isn't worth your time, I'll tell you.

I work with beginners finding their footing, professionals adding AI to their toolkit, and anyone who's been told they're "not technical" — my favorite students to prove wrong.

About the lesson

My teaching is hands-on and project-based — no slides, no theory lectures. Every lesson is built around something real you want to make: an automation, a working script, an AI assistant that does something useful. We start from exactly where you are, even if that's zero, and build up by doing.

A typical lesson: we pick one concrete goal, I explain just enough concept to get moving, then we build it together live. You leave every session with something that works — and the understanding of why it works. Between lessons, one focused exercise (never busywork) to cement what we covered.

What sets me apart: I'm entirely self-taught, so I remember exactly what it's like to be confused by documentation written for people who already understand it. I teach the way I wish someone had taught me — plain language, real tools, no gatekeeping, no stupid questions.
