It will be a step by step process, and if it's a group class than I will divide the students as per their competency. I will make the sessions interactive and weekly we will discuss about the issues that they have faced during this whole week. As per my opinion Granularity is the best way to look into the problems and to take everything forward smoothly. Also, would like to take an extra class every month to make them aware about the current market and would also provide them a motivational session, so that they don't feel pressurized whatever the situation comes
