Individual attention is given in a gentle approach. Silent practice also, upon request.
My teaching approach is contingent on the student. Each person is unique as an individual, and therefore will have different requirements, and interests. The body has a lot to do with customizing sessions, previous injuries, levels of strength and flexibility as well as mindfulness of each student determines my approach.
