About Olivia
I’ve dedicated my teaching to adults who want to sing simply because they love music. With a Doctor of Musical Arts degree and 5 years of experience, I bring both knowledge and compassion to every lesson. My studio is a judgement-free space.
Breathwork and relaxation techniques form the backbone of healthy singing. Posture and alignment strengthen your sound. Tone becomes fuller and clearer with mindful practice.
I teach across Jazz, Folk, Blues, and Contemporary Adult styles. Expression is always the goal. Singing can build confidence in surprising ways. It can also reconnect you with joy. I’d love to help you experience that.

Developing vocal dexterity is central to my methodology. A strong breath foundation supports every fast phrase. Relaxation keeps the sound free.
I teach runs and riffs by simplifying patterns. Melisma is practised with steady airflow and pitch accuracy. Complex vocal lines are approached calmly.
Special attention is given to detailed embellishments in The Quartet Player and The Fiddler. We refine timing and vowel clarity. Slow practice builds muscle memory. Speed follows naturally. You will sing challenging passages with confidence and smooth grace.
