About Caroline
I am an ethnologist and a training sinologist. I know China where I lived, studied and worked for more than 13 years between 1994 and today. Today, an independent researcher and occasional interpreter-interpreter, I want to share some of my knowledge of the country, especially the Chinese language and contemporary society. I now live in Burgundy where I already teach curious adults and teenagers.

I approach the Chinese language as a language of communication above all. It takes years to know it properly, you will have time to deepen once the ease of expression and understanding. I therefore propose a personalized method that will allow you to interact with your interlocutors quickly and encourage you to develop your knowledge, especially by yourself. After learning the basic grammatical rules, the functioning of writing, we will move to simple conversations (and real) so that once comfortable, we come to the more formal language.
