About Ceci
Hi, I’m Ceci — a sixth form student with a genuine love of learning, currently studying Maths, Biology, Chemistry and Psychology at A-level. I chose these subjects as I am genuinely passionate about them and truly enjoy problem-solving and understanding how things work, not just memorising facts for exams.
I decided to start tutoring because I remember exactly how stressful and overwhelming GCSEs felt not long ago, and I wanted to help other students feel more confident and less lost than I sometimes did. I care about my students actually understanding their subject, not just getting through content, and I take the time to explain things patiently and in different ways until they click.
I’m reliable, organised, and take tutoring seriously — I prepare properly for every session and adapt based on what each student needs. I’d love to help your child feel more confident in their studies too.

I'm a sixth former who sat my GCSEs just last year - so I know exactly what today's exams look like, because I answered them myself very recently. I'm not the most experienced tutor, but I offer something rarer: genuinely recent, first-hand knowledge of what these exams demand.
I achieved eleven Grade 9s at GCSE and am now studying Maths, Biology, Chemistry and Psychology at A-level. I offer online sessions via Zoom, typically an hour long, for GCSE students (KS3 welcome) in Maths, Biology and Chemistry.
Having so recently been in the shoes of a GCSE student, I understand the pressure of these exams emotionally as well as academically — the stress, the self-doubt, the late-night panic over one topic. That’s why lessons are student-led — I like students to voice what they need from each session, whether that’s homework help, test prep, or working through a weak topic, and I plan sessions around that rather than a fixed syllabus march.
Being a student myself also means real flexibility, including evenings and weekends, and lessons that fit around what your child’s school is covering that week.
One student I tutored went from a predicted grade 7 to a grade 9 in their final exam. I’d love to support your child in reaching their own goals and achieving their best as well.
