About Lawrence
For the past 12 years, I have worked as an ESL tutor helping school and college students improve their English with confidence. I focus on creating lessons that are interactive, supportive, and tailored to each learner's individual needs.
My teaching includes grammar, vocabulary, speaking, listening, pronunciation, reading, writing, conversation practice, Business English, academic writing, public speaking, workplace communication, and exam preparation. Students receive balanced instruction in both language knowledge and practical communication.
I use modern teaching strategies such as digital learning tools, role-playing, discussion-based learning, storytelling, project-based activities, educational videos, quizzes, and pronunciation practice. These methods help students develop natural communication skills while keeping lessons enjoyable.

I believe that students learn English best when lessons are interactive, encouraging, and connected to real life. My teaching style combines communication, creativity, flexibility, accountability, and integrity to create a comfortable learning environment where students feel motivated to improve every day.
My classes focus on speaking, listening, reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation through enjoyable activities. I include discussions, storytelling, role-play, reading practice, writing exercises, listening tasks, and problem-solving activities that encourage students to think in English rather than translate from their native language. This approach improves both fluency and accuracy over time.
Every learner has different needs, so I remain flexible and adjust my lesson plans whenever necessary. I provide regular reviews, constructive feedback, and personalized exercises that help students overcome challenges. Mistakes are welcomed as valuable learning opportunities, allowing students to build confidence while improving their language skills.
