I recently finished high school and due to my ADHD, it was quite difficult adapting to some teachers teachingmethods until I discovered a new learning technique that helps the mind grasp more and be eager to learn more. This technique I will share with you helped me get a 3.9 gpa out of 4.0 and a 1450 in my SATs
