About Cora

With over 9 years of tutoring experience, I am a passionate French tutor teaching high school and college students. I have successfully taught 150–200 students and helped them improve their academic results and confidence in French.

My teaching philosophy is based on clarity, practice, and motivation. I believe learning a language should be simple and stress-free. I explain grammar rules clearly and help students apply them through writing and speaking exercises.

I create lesson plans according to each student’s level and goals. I support students with exams, assignments, and overall language improvement. I also track progress closely and provide helpful feedback.

A notable achievement of my teaching career is helping students become confident French learners. Many students have improved their grades and communication skills. My goal is to provide a friendly and encouraging learning environment where students can succeed.

About the lesson

My approach to teaching French combines real-life learning with personalised support. I use everyday examples and case studies such as ordering food, writing emails, participating in meetings, and social conversations to make lessons practical and useful. I maintain flexibility in my teaching style and adapt lessons to match the student’s learning speed and goals.

Collaboration is encouraged through interactive speaking activities, role-plays, and guided exercises that help students practise French actively. Compassion guides my teaching, and I provide a positive and encouraging environment where students feel supported.

Along with French instruction, I also teach grammar and sentence structure, vocabulary development, pronunciation improvement, reading comprehension, writing practice, conversational French, cultural understanding, and exam preparation.
