About Reza

Hi, I’m Reza, a Software Engineer and Math Tutor. I know that math can sometimes feel overwhelming or frustrating, but my goal is to help students understand it clearly, build confidence, and even enjoy learning it. I teach in a step-by-step, practical, and student-focused way. I break down complex topics into simple, manageable pieces, use real-life examples whenever possible, and adapt my lessons to match each student’s pace and style. My focus is on understanding the “why” behind every solution, not just memorizing formulas. I work with high school students in Grades 7 to 11, helping them improve grades, strengthen their foundations, and prepare for exams. I aim to create a friendly, encouraging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and exploring ideas without stress. What makes my lessons different is my background as a Software Engineer. I bring logic, problem-solving skills, and structured thinking into my teaching, combined with patience and genuine care for each student’s success. Hello!
My name is Reza, and I am a Software Engineer and Math Tutor.
I strongly believe that mathematics doesn’t have to be intimidating – it can be clear, logical, and even enjoyable when approached the right way. My goal is to help students truly understand concepts rather than just memorize formulas.

My teaching style is personalized and interactive. I explain each topic step by step, using simple language, real-life examples, and visual reasoning whenever possible. I encourage questions, provide clear explanations, and make sure every student feels comfortable learning at their own pace.

A typical lesson starts with a quick review of previous material, followed by the introduction of new concepts. We solve problems together, then move on to independent practice with immediate feedback. At the end of each session, I summarize key points and offer exercises to reinforce understanding.

What sets me apart is my background as a Software Engineer. I bring structured problem-solving skills, logical thinking, and practical examples into my lessons. I focus on helping students see why solutions work, not just how to get the answer. My goal is to build confidence and remove the fear or frustration many students feel toward math.

I work with high school students in Grades 7 to 10, whether they want to improve their grades, strengthen foundational skills, prepare for exams, or simply feel more confident with math. Every lesson is tailored to the student’s needs and learning style to ensure they gain understanding, confidence, and even enjoyment from math.
