About Louisa
My first memories of goal setting are as a young ballet dancer - setting myself stretching goals. I would stretch every night and aim to get one degree more flexible every month. Dancing at a young age I learnt to set goals that were achievable and I learnt that, ultimately, we can only win when we are accountable to ourselves.
When I transitioned from dancing to sales, and then sales management (I worked in Harrods, in my opinion, the greatest department store in the world!) I found those goal setting skills were easily transferable. The goals were financial (and trackable on an excel spreadsheet) but I got the same sense of achievement from exceeding our daily, weekly and monthly sales target as I got from improving my flexibility. As I progressed in the company and learnt how to work with others to set targets and improve sales - I realised that working with others to set goals was what I loved!
Alongside my work in sales, I was also exploring meditation techniques and benefitting from somatic coaching techniques and visualisations. I found that breathing and connecting deeply to my body was the best way to make truly successful decisions.
I decided to put the two elements of my life together and launch a coaching business. And the rest - as they say - is history!

I'm Louisa. My background is in dance, performing arts and sales management. My coaching style is dynamic and responsive to you - I always say there is no one-size fits all style of coaching!
That said, given my background in dance and movement I often use somatic coaching to unlock our inner decision making capacity and help clients to find clarity. I use breath work, embodiment and visualisation techniques to coach clients preparing for interviews, auditions, exams or other competitive occasions! I also use a variety of different frameworks for goal setting and tracking!
I coach clients with a variety of different goals and offer a range of coaching packages.
