I specialise in helping people, especially those with ADHD, navigate overwhelm and manage stress.
As someone with ADHD myself, I bring a unique perspective and deep empathy to my work.
My aim is to help my students nurture a profound sense of inner peace, self-awareness, and gratitude for themselves and their experiences.
With nearly 30 years of experience in exercise, meditation techniques, I create a compassionate and supportive environment.

Sandhya is a professional yoga and pilates teacher. She is a friendly, supportive and caring teacher. She encourages you to attempt challenging movements without passing judgement and she makes adjustments for individual needs. The sessions are supportive and welcoming whatever your ability. I have improved so much since starting Sandhyas class 18 months ago. I look forward to her weekly class and have started to practice yoga at home.
Sandhya is a great teacher with her gentle and non judgmental style of teaching. I find her voice incredibly soothing and after each session I feel calm and at peace.
