Highly recommend Naoise as an English tutor. Was really helpful getting ahead in my A level. Would recommend to anyone who's got the basics covered but needs to a foot in the door on the more advanced stuff, and tutored with a cool, casual, conversational style.

During my time at secondary school, I struggled alot with English because of my dyslexia. I had trouble keeping up with lessons because I understood what I was supposed to do, but it just took me longer to get my ideas out on the page. Jordan and I would sit down at Subway every thursday and I would help him with Maths, whilst he would help me with my essays. He was always patient and the fact that he showed genuine care in my writing style made me feel better that he his constructive feedback was useful. Leading up to my exams, I was able to write quicker than before, and my ideas were more coherent. I ended up going from a grade 4 to a grade 7, which gave me so much confidence.

I've known them for 3 years, and they were also very talkative and passionate about their interests in English Literature. I did Project Design but found that they were confident in explaining new concepts to me, like Seamus Heaney's poetry, in concise and engaging ways. I would absolutely recommend them as a tutor because they are approachable, honest, and non-judgmental.
