My guiding principles in tutoring are purposefully malleable and take an individualized approach. This makes sure the student gets the most out of each session. Additionally, I try to make my sessions fun and fulfilling so that progress can be felt and seen by the student as well as keep them eager to return. In a lot of situations, I have found that "gameifying" the lessons has some of the best results across the board, so I strive to do that when possible.
