About Cecilia

I offer dynamic and laid back classes, but at the same time committed and lively, that include homework from class to class and of course a test level before initiating, so I can be sure how much you know and start from there. We can focus either on grammars or vocabulary; make it more conversational or more written, according to your needs

I think a language is not only the way we speak but also how we are and see life. That's why I would love to share my language with you, using my culture as a tool: we will use music, magazines, books and movies that will make you want more!

About the lesson

Hi there! I'm a Literature and Spanish as second language teacher; been in the field since 2008 working both here in Argentina and abroad, in United States, Italy, Spain and Portugal.

I speak English, a bit of Italian and Portuguese, and I´m learning now, which gives me a better perspective about the difficulties each student may run into when learning Spanish and allows me to design their learning scheme as efficiently as possible.

I love traveling and meeting new people. I've been part of a travelers network for over 10 years now, which has led me to meet people from different cultures, ages and nationalities. Organized some social and sports events through it, in my hometown Buenos Aires and abroad.

I've taught both online and one to one lessons (privately and at institutes, like Universidad Abierta Interamericana (UAI) and Instituto Icebece in Buenos Aires in classes of 20 people or more)

I like getting to know my students, not only because that way I can design the best way for them to learn, but also because making them feel comfortable is the key to really absorb all need content and enhance their knowledge
