I have over 25 years of professional experience in large and medium organisations, working in positions where I often have to command the attention of larger crowds or important people. I have interviewed over 1000 people as well as spoken on stage in front of 100s of people.

This is a highly tailored-to-you package where we look at understanding what areas of speaking and communication you would like to improve. Where do you want to be more confident in speaking - is it in front of a crown, when facilitating meetings or in interviews? I create a safe space for you to practice in and provide constructive guidance.
Once we establish what you would like to improve, I will assess your current level. Being confident and getting your point across is more than just the words you say - it's the voice, how you appear, your emotions and your inner thoughts that plays a part in giving that confidence that others seems to have!
I will give you some feedback after the first session and a plan of action. Taking appropriate action will mean that you will see improvements already in 2nd or 3rd session!
